Mark Price, CPA, Owner
With over 12 years of experience managing and owning student rental housing surrounding Ball State University, Mark quickly grew a real estate portfolio of over 400 properties in a few short years by staying disciplined to a common theme: “nice properties attract better quality, higher-paying tenants”. Mark has remodeled over fifty of his own properties and assisted with the rehabilitation of over 200 properties in his tenure at the helm of his property management company. Mark oversees the financial operations of the company.

Lance Norton, Owner
With over 14 years of experience in the multi-unit, affordable housing arena, Lance assisted in managing a portfolio of over 700 units in East Central Indiana. Lance’s breadth of experience includes every facet of property management including leasing, collections, evictions, accounting, owner relations, tenant relations and disputes, coordination of maintenance, managing construction projects and day-to-day operations. The joke around the office is there isn’t much Lance hasn’t seen before in this industry. Lance is a very strong believer in providing owners with the best possible return on their investment as incentive to invest in additional properties.

Outside of property management Lance enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 children, camping, fishing, and family game nights.
